1. Services Offered

We provide professional film and video production services, including mini documentaries, promotional content, and branded storytelling. All services are governed by custom agreements tailored to each project.

2. Custom Agreements and Final Sale Policy

All services require a mutually signed contract. Once a non-refundable deposit is received and work has started, all sales are final. Due to the creative nature of our work, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued once production begins.

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to the payment schedule outlined in the signed agreement. Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees. Payment methods include PayPal, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. Clients are responsible for any transaction-related fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must supply required materials (photos, logos, approvals, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in submission may affect deadlines but do not alter the final sale or refund policy.

5. Ownership and Licensing

Final deliverables are provided per the agreement terms. Life Gem Productions, LLC retains rights to raw footage and project files unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients warrant they own or have rights to use all materials provided for their project. We are not liable for copyright or IP violations caused by client-provided content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of our services, delays in production, or project changes beyond our control.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must first be addressed in writing. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration in Georgia under the American Arbitration Association rules. Each party bears its own legal costs.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
